Privacy Policy

If you create an account, we store your name, email address, password hash and account/session records. We do not store your password in readable form.

When you use the product, we may record follows, Beat the Model picks, scores and related profile activity needed to provide those features.

We also receive limited first-party product telemetry, such as an event name and random session, page, entity, source and UTM identifiers. The random telemetry session identifier and UTM attribution may be kept in browser sessionStorage so related events can be connected. This is used to understand feature use and improve reliability; it is not intended to be a profile of your identity.

Football fixtures, results, statistics and related context come from third-party data sources. The site may also receive normal technical request information needed to serve and protect the application.

We use account data to create and secure your account, keep you signed in, provide follows and game features, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and operate and improve Renvoy IQ.

We use telemetry and technical records for product measurement, debugging, security and operational monitoring. We do not currently process payments or subscriptions.

Renvoy IQ is hosted through Vercel. Application data is stored in self-hosted PostgreSQL infrastructure in Germany, and encrypted backups are stored with Cloudflare R2. Vercel Analytics is used for site analytics. These services have their own terms and privacy practices, which may apply to how they handle information in providing their infrastructure or analytics products.

Football fixtures, results, statistics and related content are supplied by third-party football data sources. That content is separate from the account and product telemetry described above; we do not send your account profile to a football data source merely because you view football content. We do not sell personal information.

We use essential first-party cookies to maintain authenticated sessions and protect account actions. A session cookie is not a tracking cookie, but it lets us recognize your signed-in browser for the duration of the session. We may also use browser sessionStorage for the random first-party telemetry session identifier and UTM attribution used to connect related product events. You can control cookies and browser storage through your browser, but disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in or account features from working and clearing non-essential storage may reset attribution.

We use password hashing through Better Auth, protected session cookies, access controls and rate limiting. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please never send your password or secret credentials in a support email.

We keep account and feature data while it is needed to operate your account or until you delete it. You can delete your account from the Account page after confirming your password; this removes the account and associated product records through the application’s deletion flow.

Some limited security, audit or backup copies may remain for a time where needed for security, fraud prevention, recovery or legal obligations. We do not publish a fixed telemetry retention period unless the deployed cleanup policy supports one, so retention can vary by record type and operational need.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information, and to object or request a copy where applicable. Contact us at renvoyapp@gmail.com with enough detail to identify your request. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.

Renvoy IQ is not directed to children under 13. You must be legally able to use the service where you live; if local law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Our providers and infrastructure may process information in countries other than where you live. The primary application database is hosted in Germany, while providers may operate across multiple locations. We use the safeguards and contractual arrangements available to us for those transfers where required.

We may update this policy as the product or providers change. The date above indicates the latest version. Continued use after an update means the updated policy applies prospectively.
