Email us at renvoyapp@gmail.com. There is no ticket portal or automated support inbox, so a direct email is the right way to reach the team.
What to include
- The page or match URL, and what you expected to happen.
- Your device/browser and whether the issue is repeatable.
- For an account issue, the account email (never your password).
- For a prediction or score issue, the fixture and visible timestamp/status.
Account and data
Change your name or password from your account page. To delete your account, open the Danger zone, confirm your password and confirm the permanent deletion. You can also ask data questions by email.
Email verification and password reset by email are not currently available, so keep your password safe. If you lose access, email us and explain what happened; we cannot promise account recovery.
Football information
Renvoy IQ presents football data and model outputs for information and entertainment. If a score, fixture status or prediction looks wrong, send the match link so we can investigate the source and display state.
