Terms of Service

You must be legally able to use the service where you live. When you create an account, provide information that is accurate and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and should tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

Renvoy IQ provides football data, match context, model probabilities and the Beat the Model game for information and entertainment. Predictions are not betting advice, financial advice or a recommendation to place a wager. They are not guarantees of an outcome. Past performance, scores or model results do not guarantee future results. Always make your own decisions and follow the laws and rules that apply to you.

Beat the Model is currently free to use. It has no stake, entry fee or prize. We will not introduce paid stakes or prizes through this product without expressly updating the product and applicable terms.

Fixtures, results, statistics and other football information may be delayed, incomplete, corrected or unavailable because they depend in part on third-party sources. We may change, pause or discontinue features without promising a particular level of availability or response time.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits, interfere with its operation, probe or attack its infrastructure, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or abusive material, or use automated access that imposes unreasonable load. We may investigate and take appropriate action when these rules are broken.

Renvoy IQ’s software, branding, presentation and original editorial or model content belong to Renvoy or its licensors. You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes. Football data and third-party marks remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and terms. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

You can delete your account from the Account page after confirming your password. We may suspend or delete access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or a material breach of these terms. Some records may remain in limited backups or security logs as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Renvoy disclaims warranties that the service or information will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Renvoy will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
